Day 1

Arrival in Bali

Arrival  at Bali airport and check in to the hotel overnight stay.

Day 2

Full day khintamani volcano tour with ubud village

After Breakfast at hotel proceeds for sightseeing: • Full day Kintamani Bamboo village + Barong dance – Which explore you the entire culture of Bali. Return back to Hotel, Overnight stay in Bali.

Day 3

Day At Leisure

Today Is leisure day…

Day 4

Full day benoa beach with ulluwatu sunset tour

After breakfast out for the hotel and go for benao becah for enjoying memorable beach memories and there is many water activities (on your own expense) After that go for ulluwatu sunset point for unforgettable experience of sunset back to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5

Departure

After Breakfast check-out hotel and proceed for shopping, and transfer to Denpasar Bali Airport for your return Flight.

Packages Exclusions

  • 5% GST & 5% TCS.
  • Tourism  Tax will be charged directly to the clients upon arrival at the hotel.
  • Any optional tour.
  • Any expenses of personal nature.
  • Lunch & Dinner until and unless mentioned.
  • Cost of extension of the validity of your air ticket (if applicable).
  • Any Increase in Taxes or Fuel Leading to an Increase in Surface Transport.
  • Any Cost Arising Due to Natural Calamities likes Landslides, Roadblocks, Etc.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned in the “Package tour price includes” box.
  • Personal expenditure like soft drinks, mineral water, phone calls, tips, porter age etc.
  • High Season / Special events supplements will be applicable at the time of booking only.

  • We suggest you & Guest to always check the Hotel Photos &Reviews before confirming the package/hotel.
  • Standard Check in Time at the Hotel is 14:00 Hrs. & Check out time is 12:00 Hrs. This may vary from hotel to hotel.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. fuel increases, government regulations, etc.
  • Standard SIC Pickup & Drop timing. (08:00/ 10:00/ 12:00/ 14:00/ 16:00/ 18:00)
  • All the above mentioned timings must be reconfirmed with our guide one day advance.
  • No Changes are allowed in Land Combo itinerary & any unused services will not claim for refund.
  • In case of flight delay or changing of time please inform us or our hotline number urgently.
  • In case of any cancellation in tours by the client, when they are in town will be non-refundable.
  • Nor shall be liable for your personal expenses such as security deposit, telephone calls, laundry etc. is for guideline only and subject to weather and traffic condition. Exact pick-up time will be reconfirmed locally.
  • Tours & Transfer: All SIC services, our team will be waiting for max. 5 minutes only. It is guest’s own responsibility if they will miss a service.
  • It is important to notice that various service providers may impose special terms and conditions regarding deposits, payments, and cancellation fees and / or refunds from time to time. All reservations would be subject to these additional conditions.
  • Aahil Tours & Travels (AT&T) Private Limited or its sub-Agents and service providers shall not be responsible for any damage/ loss to your personal belongings.
  • Under Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (with respect to overseas tour program packages) the liability to collect and deposit TCS as per government regulations remains of Travel Agent. Aahil Tours & Travels (AT&T) will not ask for documents related to filling/deposit of TCS such as TCS Challan Copy, TCS Returns, etc. until a request by government regulation/authority. Aahil Tours & Travels (AT&T) will not collect any deposit / extra money for TCS or deposit TCS on behalf of your customer. The ultimate responsibility of depositing TCS lies with the Travel Agent.
  • All legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction only in the courts of Delhi.
