Afghanistan Immigration Visa Solutions

Afghanistan has a history of more than six thousand years, with many historical sights and attractions, among these are the more than two thousand years old famous Buddha Statues, the tomb of Hazrat-e Ali (the son in law of Prophet Mohammed PBUH and the fourth caliph of Islam) in Mazar-e Sharif, the beautiful city of Balkh (also known as the mother of all cities) and the lakes of Band-e Amir in Bamyan province.

Tourist Visa

  • Original Passport valid at least for six months.
  • Application form (duly filled & signed by the applicant).
  • Color Photo of the applicant (35x45 mm in size with white background Taken within the last 6 months to reflect the applicant’s current appearance Contain face, neck, and shoulders of the applicant.).
  • Copy of the Passport data page.
  • Bank Statement.
  • Return Air Ticket.
  • Accommodation Proof.

Processing

  • Normal Process: 3-7 Working Days.
  • Urgent Process: 24 Hrs.

Business Visa

  • Original Passport valid at least for six months.
  • Application form (duly filled & signed by the applicant).
  • Color Photo of the applicant (35x45 mm in size with white background Taken within the last 6 months to reflect the applicant’s current appearance, Contain face, neck, and shoulders of the applicant.).
  • Copy of the Passport data page.
  • Bank Statement.
  • Return Air Ticket.
  • Accommodation Proof.
  • Introduction/ recommendation letter from:
    • One of the Chambers of Commerce and Industries, government of India.
    • Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India.
    • Export Promotion Council of India; Or Reference number from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afghanistan.
    • Registration certificate of the company from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India.
  • Income tax documents of the last three years.
  • Letter from the company addressed to the embassy, introducing the businessman for visa issuance.
  • Invitation letter from the local partner or prospect local partner company in Afghanistan.
  • Copy of the license (JAWAZ) of the local partner or prospect local partner company in Afghanistan.

Processing

  • Normal Process: 3-7 Working Days.
  • Urgent Process: 24 Hrs.

All submitted documents must be current and complete (in English). The incomplete documents submitted for the visa application may cause the application to be rejected. The Consulate General has the right to request additional documents when it deems necessary. Presenting of the above documents does not guarantee that the visa will be granted. The Consulate General reserves the right to refuse application without any explanation. There is no refund possibility in any circumstances.
