Tourist Visa

  • Original Passport: must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the intended date of entry and have at least two (2) Completely free pages left, must be presented at the time of submission.
  • Visa application form
  • Photo: Two (2) recent passport style, color photograph (4 x 4 cm). White background, Front Face.
  • Cover letter by the applicant, addressed to the Visa Section of the Embassy of Argentina in Delhi
  • A letter from your employer confirming that you are currently employed and for how long (in case you are on leave, it should also be stated in the letter)
  • If you are the owner of the business, please add a copy of your business’ official.
  • Travel itinerary
  • Round trip flight tickets
  • Hotel reservations corresponding to flight tickets and itinerary.
  • Applicant’s salary slips (3 months, latest) along with last 3 year's Income Tax Return -ITR [If not applicable for self, please add trip sponsor’s]
  • Applicant’s personal, consolidated bank statements duly stamped by the bank (Last 6 months).
  • Copy of passport & valid Visas (Valid or recently expired Visas).
  • Personal Interview: All visa applicants without exception need to have a personal interview with a consular officer.

Business Visa

  • Original Passport: must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the intended date of entry and have at least two (2) Completely free pages left, for the Consular visa stamp and Argentina’s Migration entry & exit stamps. Photocopy of passport (1st and last page, valid or recently expired Visas). must be presented at the time of submission.
  • Visa application form All questions must be answered and the form must be signed by the applicant.
  • Photo: Two (2) recent passport style, color photograph (4 x 4 cm). White background. Front Face.
  • Letter from the company for which the applicant is working, explaining the purpose of the trip.
  • A letter from the corresponding Chamber of Commerce, Federation, Council, or Association of the state where the company/institution is registered. If not registered in any of the above, a certified copy of the official “Certificate of Incorporation” of the Company with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in the country of origin duly notarized (please provide also a non-official translation into Spanish)
  • Invitation letter from the inviting company in Argentina. The company must be registered in the RENURE (Registro Nacional Único de Requirentes Extranjeros)
  • Hotel reservation in Argentina.
  • Flight Reservation: Copy of the round-trip flight reservation. One-way tickets will not be accepted.
  • Evidence of funds: copy of applicant’s bank statements for the last six months along with an account balance certificate, attested by the bank.
  • The applicant's personal tax returns for the last 3 years, and 3 months’ pay slip.
  • Personal Interview: All visa applicants without any exception will have a personal interview with a consular officer.

Processing

To avoid inconveniences, applicants are advised to submit their application at least four (04) weeks prior to the proposed date of departure.

Note :

All submitted documents must be current and complete (in English). The incomplete documents submitted for the visa application may cause the application to be rejected. The Consulate General has the right to request additional documents when it deems necessary. Presenting of the above documents does not guarantee that the visa will be granted. The Consulate General reserves the right to refuse application without any explanation. There is no refund possibility in any circumstances. All forms and documents must be prepared and presented separately for each person (including family members or any group). The information provided here is a general guideline.
